People Not Reading Empower Magazine!!!

Though I had taught in my previous post on how to give the magazine away with ease, I still have concerns.

I don’t know about you, but I found the common reply after following up is this,

“I have not found the time to read through the magazine.”

I remembered.

I am in marketing. Marketing means I am fishing for qualified prospects using something that they want.

Giving magazines to people on the streets is not the best way to find qualified prospects.

Think about how you can fish for these people first before offering them the valuable magazine and DVD. You must agree, the materials are top notch quality.

Why waste them?

Please reply after viewing it.

How to Hand Out EMPOWER Magazine

Here are some lines you can use when handing out EMPOWER magazine.

 I got these sample lines from the main website of the prospecting magazine.

Well, when EMPOWER came out it looked so professional I decided to give it a go and simply started handing it out to EVERYONE saying “Look I’m not sure if this would be right for you or not, but the company profiled in this magazine actually guarantees that I’ll be earning a $50,000 a year income if I’ll hand out 2 per day. Can you please give it a read through and watch the DVD?”

Within 2 weeks I personally enrolled 5 people and have a team of over 10! I basically am telling everyone to do the same thing I am and since nobody has any fear of rejection it’s working like a charm!”

Reminders of Your Personal Defining Moment

Its wierd.

I am getting one friend added everyday on Skype from China. And surprise surprise, they are all girls. All younger than me too!

Either my profile is really sticky, or my profile pic is sticky. I would think both!

Hahah!!

There was this one interest conversation I had with a girl called Mia. She is from Guang Zhou. We were chatting for a while, and then she said this,

“I want to live a meaningful life. I want to be able to afford to give my parents a wonderful life. And I can only do it with money!”

 The interesting thing is this.

Her profile summary specifically says this,

“I am a girl who wants a simple and quiet life.”

I quoted her profile back to her and she agreed,

“Yeah, heh, that’s quite contradictory.”

All it took to bring her into that unlimited mindset, was this question,

“Had you ever thought of ever running your own business?”

This question sparked off a string of conversations that led to her dreaming again.

What am I driving at?

I have a confession to make. I got hooked on YouTube. It was click after click until I almost forgot about meals! When I got up in the morning, I was thinking about what YouTube video I should watch next! To make matters worse, watching all those videos tired out my eyes (I have an eye condition), and gave me a migraine, which forced me to sleep!

Friends, everyone, and anyone needs a reminder once in a while to keep our eyes on the prize. Chatting with Mia reminded me why I resigned and took away my mother’s retirement fund.

Chatting with me reminded Mia why she is slogging away at Uni, making herself valuable to the marketplace.

Imagine if you had the ability to constantly inundate yourself to peak levels of performance and focus. What could you do if you had so much affirmation, you literally hypnotised yourself for success?

The Secret of Prospecting Without Losing Your Friends!

I am a huge fan of Tony Michael, our Vice President of Sales and Marketing in SuccessUniversity. He became the youngest person to ever be featured in “6 Figure Income” magazine. In fact, he was already earning a six figure income at the age of 19!

He started his MLM business at the age of 18. He had no network, no skills, no mentor. Only a desire to succeed, that is only exceeded by the willingness to overcome fear and failure.

He taught this phrase that helps any MLM business owner to very quickly get eyeballs to your website/prospecting tool.

 First, make the call. Very important step.

Small talk for only 1 min max. Do not get into the MLM side of things after 1 min. It had been proven and tested that it will back fire, so you want to get into it quick.

Say this. Word for word first for 50 calls. If you get positive response (i.e. they agree to take a look) for 40 calls, continue using it. If not, test and modify to fit your environment/personality etc.

“I came across something useful that I don’t know if it will interest you or not, but I want you to take a look, just to make sure. Do you have a pen and paper handy?”

 That’s it! That is useful for friends and family members you want to expose this to.

It is effective because this immediately gets people off the hook. People are naturally negative and they just want to poke holes into your ideas. By saying that they may not be interested, it lets their guard down. More open. That’s what you want.

Some of us want to go in with so much energy and enthusiasm that you will yank the hook off the fish! Remember, you had already attracted them with the bait, now reel them in gently. This is network marketing, not hard core sales. Not everyone will buy. But some, like you and I, are looking for exactly this opportunity! Look for people like us!

Go test this out and see your results explode the roof!

Are we MLM?

I was asked this question after I passed our EMPOWER magazine to a great friend. I realised that many people have a negative emotion towards MLM because of all the unethical or unskilled “salespeople” who hound prospects like they are predators! Even I was subjected to that once. The fact that I chose to impassion myself with SuccessUniversity only means that this MLM business is definitely different, and I am in a position to change the face of how MLM business should be run.

Question: Is Success University a “Multi-Level Marketing” Company?

Answer: Everyone has a different definition of “Multi-Level Marketing” or “Network Marketing”. If your question is:

“Do I have to buy inventory and stick it in my garage?”

“Do I have to invite friends and relatives to meetings?”

“Do I have to fill out a lot of paperwork and keep track of ‘who’s who’ in my group?”

“Do I have to pay a lot of money up front to get started?”

The answer to your question is a big NO.

If your question is:

“Can I make an additional income, without leaving my home, while I’m setting my own hours, and learning all there is to know about success in the process?”

Then the answer is a big YES.
